Branding and Marketing for Mutual House, a early 20th Century building situated on London's Regent Street. The brochure is encased in a leather box, which has a laser etched metal plaque embedded in the centre. The box contains two brochures, one casebound brochure which is wrapped in Kashgar Mineral with a debossed pattern with a smaller metal plaque inserted within the centre of the cover; inside pages are printed on Lumi Silk with spot uv and metallic ink throughout. The second brochure is a research brochure about retail trends on Regent Street, the cover is on G.F Smith Colorplan grey and the inside pages printed on coated stock PUR bound.
