Marketing and Branding for a residential development in the heart of the West End. Cover printed on G.F Smith Colorplan; ebony with the logo foiled in metallic gold. The spine tape material was Winters & Company’s Corvon metal-X, with the pattern foiled in matt black. Inside pages were printed on coated stock bound layflat with a gold metallic ink throughout.
